1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale or discounted items (if applicable)

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or faulty. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
